1. The 'delivery'
A living being arrives through the 'birth canal'. The doctor — literally 'one who docks' — receives the 'delivery'. The placenta, the true record of arrival, is taken away and destroyed.
Every nation is run as a ship. Every State has a captain, articles (constitution), statutes and crew (citizens). The moment a living being is 'berthed' and registered, a maritime cargo manifest — the birth certificate — turns that being into a strawman traded in commerce. School trains the crew, salary pays the crew, passports control the crew, and on death the vessel is sunk. The cage is built of words; the keys are comprehension.
Berth → Register → Strawman → School → Salary → Death certificate. The same vessel-language carries the living being from cradle to grave inside commerce.

An 'informant' (usually the parent) signs a birth (berth) registration. A certificate is issued with numbers, bonded and lodged on the registry — the living being is now manifested as cargo on a vessel.
An ALL-CAPS legal name (the 'PERSON') is created from the registration. This is a corporate fiction, distinct from the living being. From now on, every form, bill, ticket and summons is addressed to the strawman.
'Schools' (from skholē — leisure) and 'institutes' (in-statute) are formed to install statutes into the child. Intuition is replaced by instruction; thinkers are pruned, workers are mass-produced.
A 'job' becomes a 'career' (from carrus — cart, a vehicle to be loaded). A 'salary' (Latin salarium — salt ration paid to soldiers) is paid to the strawman. 'Slave does slavery to get salary.'
On death, the same maritime register issues a 'death certificate' — the manifest closes. The estate of the strawman is settled in admiralty, not in living law.
The State holds the certificate. The parents hold the duty. Read the words as the law reads them.
'Parents' are recast as 'pair-rents' — two adults who pay rent to the State for the use of a child registered as State property. Hence 'child support' is owed to the State, not to the child.
A 'guardian' is a trustee for someone else's property. The moment the State holds the birth certificate, the parents become guardians, not owners — the State is the true owner of the legal fiction.
On the birth registration, the parent signs as 'informant' — the one who informs the State that a new vessel has docked. This signature is what places the child into commerce.
Membership of a ship's crew — bound by the ship's articles and the captain's command.
A living being belongs to the soil where it is born. 'Citizenship' converts that living being into a registered crew-member of a commercial vessel called the State.
Crew sign 'ship's articles' on boarding; you signed nothing — yet a 'citizenship' was assigned at birth through registration paperwork.
Vessels that carry something across water under articles, charters and rules of the sea.
Natural human bonds (friend, relation, partner, mentor) are reframed as -SHIPs: commercial vessels with terms, expectations and liabilities.
A marriage 'partnership' is registered as a contract with the State — the living bond becomes a third party's vessel that the State can board, divide, tax and dissolve.
A port is a harbour where ships dock; a passport is the captain's pass for crew to leave or re-enter the ship.
Even on land, you must enter 'air-ports' and 'sea-ports', be 'trans-ported', and carry a 'pass-port' — proof you are still crew of some ship, with the State as captain.
A pilgrim walking a forest path needs no passport. The same pilgrim crossing an imaginary line on a map suddenly needs one — because the line is a maritime border, not a natural one.
A 'berth' is a docking place for a ship and a sleeping bunk on a vessel. Ships are 'berthed', cargoes are 'delivered' at the 'dock'.
A baby is 'delivered' by a 'doctor' through the 'birth canal' at a 'delivery ward'; the event is recorded as a 'berth' on the maritime register, and the 'certificate' is the cargo manifest.
On a train, you book an upper / lower / middle BERTH. On arrival at the maternity ward, the same vocabulary applies — because both are vessels under the law of the sea.
The vocabulary of the sea is openly used on land. You don't book a 'bed' on a train — you book a BERTH, exactly as on a ship.
Even sky travel is a 'port' operation. The aircraft is a 'vessel'; passengers 'board' and 'disembark'; the captain commands the ship.
No line painted on grass exists in nature. Borders are drawn on charts — the same charts ships use at sea. Every nation is run as a ship, with a captain (head of state), articles (constitution), and crew (citizens).
A flag with a gold fringe denotes admiralty/maritime jurisdiction. Courtrooms hanging it are sitting in maritime law — even though they appear to be 'on land'.
When a mother "delivers" a product, the hospital, the informant and the registrar keep the record — and the all-capitals LEGAL NAME that comes back on the certificate is not yours. In common-law practice it is widely shown to be Crown copyright: a registered mark owned by the State. Every time a living being signs, speaks or transacts under that NAME without a licence, it is technically copyright infringement — and that is why the system can fine, tax, summon and punish "you" again and again. The information is in the public domain; only ignorance keeps the contract alive.
N · A · M · E read phonetically is EN-A-ME — "an enemy". Using your own NAME as identity puts a living being into opposition with itself in commerce: the man stands as surety, the NAME stands as debtor.
The ALL-CAPS LEGAL NAME on certificates, passports and IDs is a registered mark of the State — "capitis diminutio maxima" in Roman law. Using a mark you do not own, for gain, is infringement; that is the silent hook behind every notice and penalty.
Schools, media and forms train everyone to answer to the NAME from infancy. Once the response is automatic, no further consent is needed — the contract self-renews each time you tick "Full Name", sign a slip, or accept a summons addressed to the mark.
"Ignorantia juris non excusat" — ignorance of the law is no excuse. The flip side is equally true: comprehension of the words is the beginning of freedom.
Every 'document' you sign quietly docks your mind to another's vessel. School (institute = in-statute) installs the statutes; career (carrus = cart) loads you with cargo; salary (salt ration) pays the crew; and the strawman serves the captain. Comprehension of the words is how a living being walks off the ship.
A living being needs a Live Born Record — a witnessed statement of arrival on the soil — not a maritime certificate that registers it as cargo. With the record of life standing for itself, the living being travels freely across the world, holds the right of use of the earth's universal share, and no captain, no statute and no port can lawfully take that away. This is the real taste of FREEDOM.
