Everything LAWful is not legal. Everything LEGAL is not lawful. The State trades on the confusion between the two. Once you see the difference, you cannot un-see it.
Lawful, Universal, Living. Pre-existing, self-evident, given by the Creator. It binds the conscience of every living being and cannot be amended by men in robes. Its rule is simple: do no harm, do not defraud, keep your word.
Statutory, Corporate, Fictional. Rules written by Parliament, agencies and BAR associations to govern legal persons — the ALL-CAPS NAME, companies, vessels and contracts. Lawful only when you have consented, contracted or registered into it.
Slavery was legal. The Holocaust was legal. Apartheid was legal. None of it was ever lawful. Below are everyday situations where the distinction decides who keeps their freedom.
In LAW: Unlawful — there is a living injured party. A wrong has occurred against a being. Always actionable in Law.
In LEGAL: Made 'legal' in many statutes: war, capital punishment, abortion, lawful killing by state agents — all 'legal' yet remain UNLAWFUL.
In LAW: Unlawful — violates the inherent freedom of the living being. No statute can make it lawful.
In LEGAL: Was once perfectly 'legal' in Britain, USA, India. Statutes legalised it. Today's debt-slavery via tax IDs, PAN, Aadhaar, SSN is the same fiction repackaged as 'legal'.
In LAW: Unlawful — no harm, no contract, no claim. Theft under colour of office.
In LEGAL: 'Legal' via taxation, GST, property tax, registration fees, penalties, e-challans, demolition orders, recovery notices.
In LAW: You are a living being — flesh, blood, breath, name given by parents. Indestructible standing.
In LEGAL: MR. JOHN DOE / MS. JANE SMITH (ALL CAPS) is a corporate fiction — a vessel created at birth registration. It can be sued, taxed and arrested. You are not it; you are the beneficiary.
In LAW: A living being has the right to travel freely on the common roads in peace.
In LEGAL: 'Driving' is a commercial activity requiring a 'licence' — you contracted into the legal fiction when you applied. The licence is the consent.
In LAW: A sacred covenant between two living beings before the Creator and witnesses.
In LEGAL: A three-party contract with the State as the senior party. Children, property and exit are governed by statute, not by you.
In LAW: Honest exchange of value, energy, gold, silver, kindness — no debt created.
In LEGAL: Fiat 'legal tender' — IOU notes, debt-based, inflation-taxed. 'Legal' to use, but spiritually fraudulent.
In LAW: Has no force in Law absent a contract, injured party, or sworn complaint.
In LEGAL: Enforceable as 'legal' procedure — until you challenge jurisdiction and demand proof of claim under Law.
