Hellenic & Treasury Evidence

Three source instruments — a UCC-1 filed against the corporate persona “Hellenic Republic S.A.”, the Boeotia community outreach card used by our Arachova chapter, and the 2007 UN-received Treasury Certificate of the People of the Philippine Islands. Read the pages themselves and draw your own conclusions.

Secured Party Claim
UCC-1 Financing Statement

ULCT vs Hellenic Republic S.A.

A UCC-1 Financing Statement was filed on 8 March 2019 (filing no. 201903088102829) placing the Universal Law Community Trust on public record as Secured Party against HELLENIC REPUBLIC S.A. — the corporate persona registered as a Foreign Government of Greece (Org ID 0000931106), with a mailing address at 69 East 79th Street, New York.

The collateral schedule covers all assets, accounts, bonds, shares, property, real estate and intellectual property held as utility-transmitter accounts within the SEC, together with the geographical territory of Greece / Ellada described in the Hellenic Republic S.A. registration, plus the resources, minerals, treasury accounts and stocks being used as collateral without the consent of the living people.

The debtor is expressly flagged as a Transmitting Utility. On its face the filing establishes ULCT's standing as Secured Party Creditor over the corporate fiction operating as the government of Greece — the same standing that anchors our restoration work with Ministers and communities on the ground.

Community Outreach
Boeotia / Arachova Outreach

ULCT Contact Card — Greek Community Address

A two-page leaflet used by the Ministry of Remedies Arachova chapter on the ground in Boeotia. The front carries the official Trust contact block — email 1trust@universallawcommunitytrust.com, 24-hour helpline +44 7562 455389, and the registered address at The Suites, 125 Home Street, Halifax HX7 8AA.

The reverse is a Greek-language open letter to the youth of Boeotia: an invitation to co-design their own restored community — professors, tradespeople and professionals connected through a Universal Database Exchange giving free access to information, buildings renovated in their area, and the freedom to shape what those spaces offer rather than accept what a corporation prescribes.

It sits alongside the Arachova chapter page as a public, print-friendly outreach piece.

Historical Evidence
2007 UN Treasury Certificate

Treasury Certificate of the People of the Philippine Islands

A 50-page instrument stamped RECEIVED · FEB 20 / 26 2007 · UN MAIL OFFICE, NEW YORK. Issued through the Committee of 300 and the United Nations Organization, it awards a Treasury Certificate to the People of the Philippine Islands, represented by the ASBLP Group of Companies and the Bank of ASBLP under International Registry no. ASBLP-120005-BASBLP-10.

The face pages cite the ICJ (The Hague), the ICC, the World Bank Group and the Financial Action Task Force (FATF-GAFI) as reference bodies. The body of the document enumerates more than eight hundred correspondent-bank accounts across a hundred-plus jurisdictions — from Bank of America and Deutsche Bank through to the Central Bank of Somalia and Banco do Cabo Verde — each carrying time-deposited treasury balances accruing 4% per annum from 1 January 1967.

It is presented here as supporting historical evidence for the wider thesis running through the Trust: that a real treasury sits behind the paper fiction, and that the living people are the lawful creditors of it. Preview only — please read the source document itself rather than relying on any summary.
