Bio-Ethics & Spectrum Evidence

Three source instruments enforcing the ULCT Secured Party claim against HM Government (UCC1-2020-056-5342-1): a UCC-1 filed against ASTRAZENECA for Bio-Ethics trespass, a BBAM / EMOVEN COVID antigen-trial certificate out of the Area 51 Hellas research centre, and the COV-ID (5G) transmitter removal warrant. UCC-1 Financing Statement

ULCT vs ASTRAZENECA

A UCC-1 Financing Statement was filed on 9 January 2020 (filing no. 2020-245-1491-8) placing the Universal Law Community Trust on public record as Secured Party against ASTRAZENECA at 1 Francis Crick Avenue, Cambridge Biomedical Campus, CB2 0AA.

The collateral schedule notes that the land the campus stands on is already inside the ULCT debt-equity swap secured against HM GOVERNMENT under filing 2020-056-5342-1. All goods, equipment, vehicles, vessels and chattel that do not conform with the Secured Party's definition of Bio-Ethics are secured; the right of use of all property at that postcode is valued at 10 million slave-tokens' worth of Kindness Credits.

The debtor is expressly flagged as a Transmitting Utility and charged with trespass for operating without a valid Bio-Ethics licence. Until the debt is settled, ASTRAZENECA's stocks, shares, bonds and assets stand secured to the Trust and to the living creditors it represents.

Bio-Ethics Evidence
BBAM · EMOVEN Certificate

COVID Anti-Dote Rapid Test Certificate

A Greek-language BBAM (Big Blue Asset Management) certificate issued out of the Κέντρο Βιο-Ηθηκών Ερευνών · Περιοχή 51 Ελλάς (Centre of Bio-Ethical Research · Area 51 Hellas), naming HELLENIC REPUBLIC 201903088102829 as the debtor of record and ULC / EMOVEN as the Creditor.

The certificate records that the bearer has consented to enter a contract with BBAM, participated in DNA testing, and received antigen products designed to modify their DNA for the prevention of COVID. Two test rounds are logged (12.11.2021 and 19.11.2021) under Prof. D. Nye, Director of Trials. The DNA of participants is asserted as protected by BBAM / Universal Law © copyright.

It is published here as source evidence for the ULCT position on informed consent, bio-ethical trespass, and the standing of the living being over the corporate persona in matters touching the body.

Spectrum Collateral
Notice · Removal of Goods

COV-ID (5G) Transmitter Removal Warrant

A public Notice of Removal of Goods issued by Minister E:M:OV:EN under the ULCT Secured Party lien. Because the debt owed by HM Government to the Universal Law Community Trust and its creditors — publicly noticed in the SEC as UCC1-2020-056-5342-1 (filed 25 February 2020) — remains unsettled, every COV-ID (5G) transmitter tower on the spectrum is claimed as collateral.

Each tower is valued at 4,000 slave-tokens' worth of Kindness Credits and stands to be removed to offset the underlying debt of 10 quadrillion. No licence has been granted for the use of the Trust's spectrum, and the warrant authorises the use of reasonable force in the peaceful lawful removal of the equipment.

It sits alongside 'We Buy Any Debt' and the Ministry of Remedies as a worked example of how the Trust's Secured Party standing translates into on-the-ground remedy against unlicensed transmitting utilities.
